2 Eggs
200 grami Alma Koodjust Cottage Cheese 0.1% (or 0.5% curd)
170 grami Whole oat flakes
30 grami Seed mix
1 tējkarote Baking powder
1 tējkarote Salt
Spices, herbs of your choice
30 grami Seeds for topping

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Set aside for ~10-15 minutes.

Divide the mixture into 5 equal parts and, using wet hands, form elongated buns. Then, roll them in the seed mix.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C for ~30-40 minutes.
