Chicken fillets and liver cutlets with pumpkin and whole grain oat flakes

Chicken fillet, chicken livers, and pumpkin make wonderfully delicious, soft, and tender cutlets. They are also an excellent source of protein.

1 Egg

400 grami Chicken fillet

200 grami Chicken liver

257 grami Pumpkin (nut pumpkin for me)

50 grami Whole oat flakes

46 grami Onion

25 grami Spinach

20 grami Scallions

15 grami Garlic

8 grami Oil

Salt, pepper, spices

preperation

  1. Chop the chicken fillet and liver in a food processor.

  2. Grate the pumpkin, onion, garlic and herbs using a grater or food processor. Grind the oat flakes in a coffee grinder.

  3. Add the spices. Mix everything.

  4. Form cutlets with wet hands and place them on a heated pan. Fry/sauté on both sides over very low heat.
