50 grams Prosa (vai pilngraudu auzu pārslas, vai jebkuri citi graudaugi)

200 grams Biezpiena krēms “Baltais” Protein ar vaniļas garšu

125 grams Avenes

10 grams Auzu pārslu griljāža (100 g auzu pārslas apceptas ar 50 g medu. Atdzesē un lieto pēc vajadzības)

  1. Prosu kārtīgi noskalo un izvāra (es uz 10 min ieliku mikroviļņu krāsnī – ūdens 1 pirksta biezumā virs graudiem).

  2. Place the millet, curd cream and half of the raspberries in a dish in layers. Repeat with another layer of millet, curd cream and raspberries. Sprinkle with granola.
