Cutlets with pumpkin and chicken fillet

It's time for delicious and juicy chicken fillet cutlets.

2 Olas

560 grams Ķirbis (vai burkāns, kālis, selerija)

400 grams Vistas fileja

60 grams Sīpols

30 grams Adžika (Pūres)

15 grams Sinepes

15 grams Ķiploks

10 grams Dilles

10 grams Pētersīļi

Sāls, pipari, garšvielas pēc izvēles

  1. Grind all the ingredients, and add spices.

  2. Form the cutlets with your hands – I used silicone moulds for some of the cutlets and baked them in the oven.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 175-180 °C for ~35-40 minutes or in a pan at a low temperature.
