Oatmeal cookies with banana and raisins

158 grams Banāns

120 grams Pilngraudu auzu pārslas

40 grams Rozīnes (vai jebkuri citi žāvēti augļi vai ogas)

20 grams Valrieksti

  1. Mash the banana. Add the egg and cinnamon and mix.

  2. Add the oat flakes, dried berries, and chopped nuts. Set aside to allow the oat flakes to swell.

  3. Spoon the mixture onto a baking tray, forming round cookies.

  4. Bake in the oven at 175-180 °C for ~20 minutes.
