100 grami Olu baltums

250 grami Ķirbis (svaigs)

250 grami Vājpiena kefīrs

200 grami Siers ķimeņu (vai cits liess siers)

15 grami Ķiploki

15 grami Zaļie lociņi

6 grami Extra virgin olīvu eļļa

1 Neliels čilli pipars

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

preperation

  1. Whisk egg white with cottage cheese and kefir. Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater.

  2. Add grated cheese, squeezed garlic, chopped chilli, scallions and flour. Mix everything.

  3. Place the batter by the heaped spoonful in a preheated waffle pan greased with oil. Bake the waffles (or bake them in a regular pan under a lid at a very low temperature).
