preperation

  1. Beat the eggs with the curd. Cut the apricots into small pieces.

  2. Add the oats and dried fruit to the curd and form into small loaves (I put them into small 8cm tart tins).

  3. Place in a preheated oven at 175 °C and bake for ~30-40 min.
