Quick Chocolate Muffins "Minute"

When very, well, I really want something sweet with coffee, but I don't want to bake anything for long.

Garšv. Santa Maria vidusjūras garš. mais. 12g

1 Ola

40 grams Piens (es izmantoju 2%, bet var 0,5%)

40 grams Auzu klijas (es pērku RIMI, Myllyn Paras, bez glutēna nodaļā)

15 grams Kakao

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

5 grams Eļļa

Saldinātājs (vajag diezgan daudz likt, jo kakao rūgts)

preperation

  1. Grind the oat bran in a coffee grinder to make the structure finer.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients.

  3. Beat eggs with milk, oil, sweetener.

  4. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones. Divide the dough into three silicone moulds and place them in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. (I have 800W). You can also bake in the oven (~280 °C, 20 minutes).
