3 100% rye toast bread slices

80 grami Canned tuna

65 grami Tomato

50 grami Natural yogurt

10 grami Dill

  1. Grate the egg and mix it with tuna (first drain off any excess liquid), finely chopped tomatoes and dill.

  2. Mix everything with natural yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon mustard and salt, and spread on bread.
