  1. Chop the onion, cut the chanterelles, and fry in a pan.

  2. Cut all the vegetables.

  3. Put the sliced pumpkin in a pot of boiling water first (as it is the hardest of the vegetables). And boil for ~10 minutes.

  4. Then add the rest of the vegetables, salt, spices and cook until soft.

  5. Add the chanterelles with onions and the processed cheese. Cook for ~10 minutes and add the greens.
