  1. Add 1 egg and 1 egg white to the curd and beat until smooth.

  2. Add the grated cheese, garlic, salt, spices and flour mixed with baking powder.

  3. Knead the dough and divide it into 2-4 equal parts. I split it into 4 parts. Shape with wet hands into pretzels or round buns/rolls (if you make a thicker dough, you'll need to allow more time for baking).

  4. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with seeds. Place in a preheated oven at 175 °C and bake for ~30-35 minutes until golden brown.
