preperation

  1. Grate the boiled egg and cheese.

  2. Add salt, pepper, garlic and egg white and mix.

  3. Place the mixture on the bread.

  4. Heat a frying pan lightly greased with oil. Place the slices of bread on the pan, put the lid on, reduce the heat to a minimum and bake/heat until the cheese melts (~ 8-10 minutes).
