300 grami Egg white

500 grami Skimmed milk curd

200 grami Culinary curd "Baltais"

150 grami Berries (raspberries for me)

100 grami Natural yogurt

60 grami Whey protein

40 grami Corn starch

1 tējkarote Baking powder

Sweetener (100 g erythritol for me)

preperation

  1. Whisk the eggs with the egg white and erythritol. Whisk until the mass increases in volume.

  2. Add both curds, yoghurt and beat until smooth.

  3. Add the protein, cornstarch and baking powder.

  4. Pour the mixture into the baking tin and press the berries into the batter.

  5. Bake at ~175 °C for ~30-35 minutes.
