Whole grain dumplings with cherries

100 grams Ķirši (man bija saldētie) (var izmanot banānu, vai jebkuras citas ogas)

150 grams Vājpiena kefīrs

130 grams Pilngraudu kviešu vai auzu milti

5 grams Kakao

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris vai 1 tējk. soda

preperation

  1. Beat eggs with kefir and sweetener.

  2. Add flour with baking powder. Set the dough aside for ~ 10 minutes.

  3. Put a spoonful of silicone molds, on top of the cherries, and on top again the dough.

  4. Put in the oven at 175 degrees for ~ 25min.
