Porcini mushroom soup with vegetables and couscous

preperation

  1. Pour water into a pot, add salt, pepper, bay leaves, spices, and bring to a boil.

  2. Chop mushrooms, celery, carrots, bell peppers and greens.

  3. Place the mushrooms, onion, celery, carrots and bell pepper in a pot. Cook until almost done, then add the processed cheese and tomatoes. Cook until done.

  4. Finally, add the couscous and herbs. Stir and remove from the heat. Leave the couscous to swell.
