Spicy Chicken Fillet and Bean Stew

600 grami Chicken fillet

80 grami Onion

1 Fresh chilli pepper (or chilli flakes or powder)

17 grami Garlic

450 grami Canned red beans

295 grami Canned corn

680 grami Canned cherry tomatoes in their own juice

185 grami Bell pepper (paprika)

20 grami Corn starch (optional, I wanted a thicker consistency)

20 grami Dill

5 grami Oil

  2. After a while, add the chopped bell pepper.

  3. In another pan, fry the onions and garlic (this adds a special flavour to the dish), but you can also skip this step and add them directly to the meat and peppers.

  4. After a while, add the rinsed beans and the canned corn.

  5. Let everything simmer for 10-15 minutes and add cornstarch (if desired) at the end.

  6. Stir in the dill at the very end.
