  1. Grate the pumpkin and mix with the egg. Add flour, salt and spices of your choice.

  3. Using a wide spatula, turn the pancake over and fry for ~5 minutes on the other side.

  4. Spread the cream cheese over the finished pancake and place the lettuce and fish pieces on one side.

  5. Fold the pancake in half and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
