Kaperi Figaro 240g/120g

1 Ola

100 grams Olu baltum

300 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

200 grams Auzu pārslas

60 grams Dažādu sēklu mix (saulespuķu, ķirbju, linsēklas, sezama sēkliņas)

20 grams Čia sēklas

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

1 tējkarote Sāls

preperation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Set aside to allow the oats to swell.

  4. With slightly wet hands, form one loaf or, as I did, divide the dough into 6 small loaves (~125g each) and place on a baking tray.

  5. Bake at 170-175°C for 40-50 minutes.

  6. Allow the buns to cool completely.
