Curd casserole with apple and pear

Kafijas kapsulas Nescafe Espresso 88g

2 Eggs

250 grami Egg white

400 grami Skimmed milk curd

300 grami Natural yoghurt (for me "Actifeel Greek style")

220 grami Pear

250 grami Apple

70 grami Whey protein

40 grami Corn starch

1 tējkarote Baking powder

Sweetener (for me, 50 g erythritol + vanilla flavoured intense drop sweetener)

preperation

  1. Whisk the eggs with the egg white and erythritol and the other sweetener. Whisk until the mass increases in volume.

  2. Add the curd, yoghurt and beat until smooth.

  3. Add the protein, cornstarch and baking powder.

  4. Stir in the fruits, cut into pieces.

  5. Bake in the oven at ~170-175 °C for ~30-35 minutes.
