120 grams Mīksts avokado

25 grams Kinza (koriandrs) vai jebkuri citi zaļumi: dilles, pētersīļi

1 Laima sula

10 grams Ķiploks

2 tējkarote Vīna etiķis

Sāls, pipari (citronpipari – atkarīgs cik pikantus vēlaties)

  1. Prepare the sauce: cut the casserole, add the avocado, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, wine vinegar, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. The taste is "adjusted" to your needs with salt and pepper.

  2. Cut thin romaine lettuce, peppers, cherry tomatoes, onions.

  3. Put everything in a bowl and mix with the sauce.
