  1. Cut the chicken fillets into pieces and marinate them in a mixture of spices. I like to do this (marinate the meat) the night before. I use adjika "Pūres" and mustard.

  2. Sagriež sīpolu un ķiploku un liek uzkarsētā pannā ar 5 g eļļas apcept. Pievieno vistas filejas gabaliņus, maisot apcep/sautē. Es izmantoju dziļo pannu.
