Minced chicken with vegetables

I enjoy cooking and can't wait for summer. This time, I am using minced chicken. It's hearty and very tasty!

Galda sāls LSTK Ekstra Pavāriņš smalkais 1kg

1 litri Water

450 grami Minced chicken fillet

668 grami Pumpkin

580 grami Young cabbage

455 grami Rutabaga

400 grami Canned tomato chunks in their juice

100 grami Onion

20 grami Kiploks

Salt, pepper, spices of your choice

preperation

  1. Fry/sauté the chicken mince in a pan with the onion and garlic. Set aside.

  2. Cut the rutabaga, pumpkin, and cabbage into small pieces and place them in a pot with boiling water. Bring to the boil, add salt and seasoning.

  3. When the vegetables are tender, add the tinned tomatoes and chicken mince and cook for a further ~10 minutes (on a low heat).
