Mango ice cream (with protein)

We continue to refresh with delicious and healthy ice cream! This time with a mild mango flavor!

450 grams Mango

300 grams Piens

30 grams Whey proteīns (vaniļas)

1 tējkarote Ksantāna sveķi

Saldinātājs, ja gribas saldāku, pēc pašu izvēles, man pietika ar proteīna saldumu

preperation

  1. Peel the mango into smaller pieces and blend into a homogeneous mass.

  2. Add milk, protein, xanthan gum and whisk with frother for ~ 3 min. Mass increases in volume. Put the dish in the freezer for ~ 30 minutes.

  3. Remove the ice cream bowl and whisk again. Put again in the freezer for 30-40 minutes. Repeat the procedure 2 more times.

  4. You can leave all the ice cream in one container, but I filled some of it into silicone Eskimo molds.
