2 Eggs

360 grami Ripe bananas

170 grami Whole oat flakes

2 tējkarote Cinnamon

1 tējkarote Baking powder

preperation

  1. Whisk all ingredients (except 1 banana).

  2. Pour the mixture into a baking tin. Top with sliced banana and bake at ~180 °C for ~35 minutes.
