50 grami Flour (I use rice flour)

Salt, pepper

3 grami Oil for greasing the mould

300 grami Chanterelles

112 grami Carrot

90 grami Onion

50 grami Greens (dill, spinach, parsley)

100 grami 10% cheese

Salt, pepper, spices to your liking

4 Eggs

250 grami Egg white

150 grami Culinary curd "Baltais"

Salt, pepper, spices of your choice

preperation

  1. Boil the potatoes. Cool them and mash.

  2. Chop the mushrooms, onion, and chicken breast, and grate the carrot. Fry everything in a pan.

  3. Add the eggs, flour, salt, and spices to the mashed potatoes and knead the dough. Place it in a greased baking tin and form the base for the tart with sides.

  4. Place the filling on the base: fried meat with mushrooms, vegetables, cheese, and greens.

  5. Beat the eggs with egg white and culinary curd "Baltais". Add greens, salt, spices and pour over the filling.

  6. Bake in the oven at ~175 °C for ~40-45 minutes.
