preperation

  1. Cut the peach into small pieces, place in a pan with honey (15 g) and fry/sauté.

  2. Mix the cottage cheese with the yoghurt. Add a non-calorie sweetener as needed.

  3. Place the mixed curd on the buns, top with the peaches and caramelised walnuts.
