300 grams Olu baltums

120 grams Pilngraudu lavašs”Prima food”

250 grams Sēnes (man šampinjoni)

200 grams Dabīgais jogurts (man Actifeel Greek style 0,2%)

190 grams Paprika

180 grams “Tējas” siers klasiskais

90 grams Sīpols

50 grams 10% siers

25 grams Spināti

20 grams Ķiploks

15 grams Pētersīļi

preperation

  1. Cut the lavash into narrow strips, 2-3 mm wide.

  2. Cut the vegetables (except the greens) and fry/sauté them in 5 g of oil in a pan. Cool.

  3. Whisk eggs in a bowl, add egg white, yoghurt, salt, spices and beat with a blender.

  4. Grate the cheese and chop the herbs.

  5. Add the cheese, fried vegetables and sliced lavash strips to the eggs.

  6. Mix everything, place in a tin and bake in the oven at 175-180 °C for ~35 minutes.
