Fitness buns with seeds

ingredients
Kaperi Figaro 240g/120g
1 Egg
100 grami Beer white
300 grami Skimmed milk curd
200 grami Oat flakes
60 grami Mix of seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, linseed, sesame seeds)
20 grami Chia seeds
1 tējkarote Baking powder
1 tējkarote Salt
Spices of your choice

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Set aside to allow the oats to swell.

With slightly wet hands, form one loaf or, as I did, divide the dough into 6 small loaves (~125g each) and place on a baking tray.

Bake at 170-175°C for 40-50 minutes.

Allow the buns to cool completely.
