ingredients

Melnā tēja Dilmah premium 25x2g

1 Lavash (120 gr, Prima Food, angular)

400 grami Mushrooms

300 grami Carrot

220 grami Onion

85 grami Scallions

200 grami Valio Profeel 5% cheese or other low-fat cheese

1 Egg yolk (you can do it calmly: I use it for "beauty" - to smear egg yolks). Egg whites can be added to the mass.

Sesame seeds (for sprinkling)

Salt, pepper, spices of your choice

preperation

  1. Chop the mushrooms and onion. Grate the carrots.

  2. Lightly grease the pan with oil (I have spray oil) and heat it.

  3. Place the mushrooms, onions and carrots in a pan and fry/sauté them. Cool.

  4. Grate the cheese, chop the onions.

  5. Add cheese and scallions, salt, and spices to the mushrooms. Spread the mixture on lavash and roll up.

  6. Brush with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  7. Bake in the oven at 175-180 °C for ~15-20 minutes.
