Layered Salad with Avocado, Salmon and Cucumber

This is an unusual salad, but it's delicious and filling.

100 grams Mazsālīts lasis vai forele

100 grams Gatavs avokado

50 grams Krēmsiers (man Philadelphia light)

15 grams Sīpols

15 grams Spināti

1 ēd.k. Citronu sula

  1. Blend the ripe avocado with lemon juice, spinach, cream cheese, and spices.

  2. Cut the salted salmon and onions into small pieces and mix with lemon pepper.

  3. Place half of the avocado mixture in the first layer, then top with the salmon and onion mixture. Finally, add the remaining avocado mixture on top.
