2 Eggs

300 grami Egg white

120 grami Wholegrain lavash “Prima food”

250 grami Mushrooms (I used champignons)

200 grami Natural yoghurt (for me Actifeel Greek style 0,2%)

190 grami Bell pepper (paprika)

180 grami “Tea” cheese classic

90 grami Onion

50 grami 10% cheese

25 grami Spinach

20 grami Garlic

15 grami Parsley

Salt, spices of your choice

preperation

  1. Cut the lavash into narrow strips, 2-3 mm wide.

  2. Cut the vegetables (except the greens) and fry/sauté them in 5 g of oil in a pan. Cool.

  3. Whisk eggs in a bowl, add egg white, yoghurt, salt, spices and beat with a blender.

  4. Grate the cheese and chop the herbs.

  5. Add the cheese, fried vegetables and sliced lavash strips to the eggs.

  6. Mix everything, place in a tin and bake in the oven at 175-180 °C for ~35 minutes.
