70 grami Vīģes

50 grami Fetas siers 12%

30 grami Siers "Bresto light" vai cits siers ~10%

15 grami Šķidrs medus

10 grami Valrieksti

  1. Beat the egg in a small bowl. Slice the figs thinly, cut the feta cheese into small pieces, and grate the Bresto cheese.

  2. Add some of the beaten egg to the curd, leaving a little to brush the edges, and mix everything.

  3. Add the flour, baking powder, and sweetener and knead the dough.

  4. Place the ball of dough on the baking sheet and, using wet hands, form a thin, round base ~20 cm in diameter with small "edges." Brush with the remaining egg.

  5. Place figs, Feta cheese, and crushed walnuts on the pizza base drizzle with liquid honey, and place in the oven. Bake at ~175-180 °C until the edges are lightly golden.

  6. Remove, top with Bresto light cheese, return to the oven and bake for ~5-7 minutes until the cheese melts.
