  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks with fruit puree and sweetener. Add the flour and baking powder.

  2. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.

  3. Carefully fold the egg whites into the batter. Add the dried cranberries, fruit, nuts.

  4. Bake at 175-180°C for ~25-30 minutes.

  5. Prepare icing: mix yoghurt with milk powder, set aside, allow to thicken slightly, and spread over the pie.
