Pumpkin bread with flax seeds and bran (no flour)

Healthy, delicious bread with a high fibre content and low calorie count.

Zaļā tēja Ahmad Tea izlase 20x2g

2 Olas

100 grams Svaigs ķirbis

50 grams Auzu, rudzu vai kviešu klijas

30 grams Veselas linsēklas

20 grams Psilliums (ceļtekas pulveris)

10 grams Cepamais pulveris

200 grams Ūdens (vai kefīrs)

Sāls, garšvielas pēc izvēles

preperation

  1. Beat the eggs with water, add bran, flax seeds, psyllium, grated pumpkin, baking powder, salt, spices and set aside to rise for ~15 minutes.

  2. Pour into a baking tin and bake in an oven preheated to ~175 °C for ~35-40 minutes.

  3. Remove, cover with a towel and allow to cool for at least 1 hour.
