Vanilla cooked cream dessert with muesli and berry sauce

Auzu biezputra Herkuless zemeņu ātri pag. 35g
2 Eggs
500 grami Milk 2%
100 grami Graci muesli Passionfruit
30 grami Corn starch
8 grami Vanilla sugar
Sweetener

400 grami Frozen cherries
200 grami Water
15 grami Corn starch
Sweetener of your choice

Mix the milk with the eggs, cornflour, sweetener and vanilla sugar. Heat, stirring, until the mixture thickens and begins to bubble. Leave to cool.

Line the mould with cling film, allowing it to hang over the edges. Spread a layer of cream on the bottom, then add ~30 g of muesli, pressing it slightly into the cream, then add another layer of cream. Top with muesli again. Repeat the steps and finish with muesli.

Fold the edges of the cling film over the top of the mould. Place the mould in the fridge overnight. Nutritional value is given for the dessert only. Nutritional value for 100 g of cherry sauce: Proteins = 0,9 gCarbohydrates = 11,1 gFats = 0 gKcal = 47

Put the cherries and sweetener in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes over a low heat to soften the berries.

Add 200 g of water to the cornstarch, stir and add to the cherries.

Bring to a boil, stirring, remove from heat and cool.
